YOUR CALL IN LIFE

Our call in life is predestined but it’s not told to us at birth. it unfolds like onions. one layer at a time, helping us build our passion, interest over time. it’s like something in us, magnet kind of thing attracting us to iron filing. The attraction is so strong that even when you run away from it, something inside can’t let you rest.

Classical example:
He was called to free a people, but life took him in the exact opposite direction; to enslave the same people he was sent to free.
supported by the opposition’s resources (money, power, royalty, name, ranks, women etc), all a decoy to distract and keep him in false direction. but the mere maltreatment of the slaves pinches his skin to the extent that he could kill of “his kind” to stand up for the slaves.
kill his kind, risking all the benefits that came with the title “the prince of Eg…t( fill in the gap). that is the sound of the ultimate call.

If bad leadership makes you feel uneasy and that feeling keeps you from keeping quiet, friend, make no mistake about it, that is leadership calling you but like every call, it does not come on a platter. you have to face oppositions that is the part of life i call the intrigues of life. you sweat to bring your calling to fruition. That is just a pointer.

let me give you more practical examples; you walk in the street and the filths and dirt and litters makes you grumble about how dirty the street is, friend, that is the call, keep your world clean and free from dirt and filth. The ideal thing will be to start going about picking dirts, but how much litter can u pick? You have a day job and a make an average pay, remove some amount from that pay and start a ‘clean the environment” action by campaigning for a cleaner environment or even gathering volunteers to join you do the actual cleaning.

This is where it starts. i know this may sound like a very naïve way of looking at things but forgive my naivety and read in-between the lines, you’ll get the message that

Anything that
-makes you “angry”

-makes you feel a change should be made

-makes you cry

-breaks your heart (metaphorically speaking)

-makes you think and feel (deeply)

-makes you talk about it consciously and at times, subconsciously

-makes you scream

-makes you feel uneasy

Look well, that, my friend is life calling you! But will you answer???

The ultimate call
